Heavy Equipment Operator*

Operators are the heart of our civil crews. You will operate and maintain Cat and Komatsu machines outfitted with GPS machine control, and you will work as part of a crew that has built some of the region's largest pump stations and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders and compaction equipment
• Perform daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance
• Work safely around other crews, traffic and underground utilities
• Read grade stakes and use GPS machine control

Requirements

• 3 or more years of heavy civil operating experience
• Valid commercial driver license is preferred
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical
