- About 14,000 tons of base course and quarry spalls, delivered to staged stockpiles.

- Silt fence, inlet protection, mulching and wet-season stabilization per the TESC plan.
- Hydroseeding and landscaping
- Hydroseed, plantings and one-year plant establishment.
- Topographic and construction survey
- Control, construction staking and as-built survey for the street and storm work.

Multiple small subcontracts for the Port Alder stormwater and street improvement package: dump truck and side-dump hauling (est. 38,000 CY of excavation and 14,000 tons of aggregate), temporary and permanent erosion control, hydroseeding and landscape restoration, and construction survey staking.
